A map commissioned by ONCA Gallery, Brighton in collaboration with Sussex Wildlife Trust.  Using field survey data, this hand-lettered map charts the flightpath of a single Barbastelle bat from it's roost on Ebernoe Common in Sussex.  It documents the flora, fauna and topography of the route and picks up echoes of the past history of the location and people...
The map format is based on traditional strip map forms
and is completed in white ink on mount board.
First exhibited at ONCA Gallery in the 'Making Tracks' exhibition.
