A linear map (also known as a strip or ribbon map) showing a walk through a garden. The illustration is based on the secret grounds of The Garden House in Brighton which is part of the National Garden Scheme and runs regular arts and gardening classes. The map is hand-drawn and painted in ink and watercolour in a concertina book and was designed to be used as a teaching tool in a mapping workshop.
